Owning and driving a BMW or MINI should be a fantastic experience whether you’re behind the wheel or not. Great service and a digital experience that goes hand in hand with the precision, craftsmanship and performance of the car should be just as obvious.

We were given the challenge of creating and developing Nordic customer portals, a home for BMW or MINI owners, where all questions and concerns about financing their car are answered. For example, they can view their latest invoice, get information on how to return their car when the leasing period has expired, or receive personalized offers. An experience just as comfortable as the car.
